We then pay the relevant suppliers on your behalf.
Late or failed payments may result in service delays or cancellation.

Critagor will inform you of cancellation policies before confirming a booking.

7. Third-Party Suppliers

We select trusted partners, but we are not liable for their performance, delays, or issues.
Any concerns will be managed through our coordination, but the supplier remains responsible for their service delivery.

8. Liability

Critagor Ltd is not responsible for losses caused by third-party providers, client actions, or events beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Critagor for the relevant service.

9. Client Conduct

Clients must behave appropriately with all staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. Unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in service withdrawal.

All client information, arrangements, and communications are kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
